Peterson Valcourt

With over 17 years as a construction professional, Peterson Valcourt has developed a passion and hunger for complex, fast-paced, challenging environments. His extensive career and diverse experiences have resulted in his mastery of the development of project teams, through which he builds programs of varying scope and magnitude.  His success is rooted in the ability to build relationships and develop talent, supporting others to achieve career goals and milestones.

His experience working with major general contractor firms, his analytical forensic skills, early computer engineering logic, and deep knowledge of construction management make him uniquely qualified to outperform traditional A/E or GC-led delivery for design-build programs.

As a construction professional, Mr. Valcourt has been a part of the leadership team of several high-end retailers, such as Calypso St. Barth and Saks Fifth Avenue. Mr. Valcourt has also contributed to capital improvement projects such as American Dream in New Jersey. In 2011 he formed Valcourt Consulting and Design, a successful construction management firm operating throughout the USA. He is currently the Director of Retail Development and Store Construction for Dylan’s Candy Bar where he oversees the expansion of programs and stores in New York, LA, and Hawaii, along with various partnerships throughout the US.
